Michelle Lujan Grisham announced in a press conference Wednesday that, due to an uptick in COVID-19 cases in New Mexico and surrounding states, the state`s emergency public health order will now be “aggressively enforced,” including the possibility of individuals incurring a $100 fine for not wearing a face covering in public spaces.
