A free app made it easy for me to create unique images of my lovely little dogs. I usually review utility apps here on Windows Central. I love an app that helps me get work done more efficiently, or that makes it easy to work across devices. But when I saw Yugen Mosaic as part of Launch 2020, I was immediately intrigued. The app allows you to take images and lay them out as tiles in mosaics. After diving into it a bit, I`ve come away with some unique images and a tool that I`ll keep on my PC to make creative pieces of artwork.
