RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Paris, France and Cambridge, UK-18 July 2019-Novacyt (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international specialist in clinical diagnostics, today held its Annual General Meeting (AGM), on second convening, following the default of quorum at the first General Meeting dated 19 June 2020, on the same agenda. In the absence of a quorum for extraordinary resolutions, only ordinary resolutions were voted.
