RED BLUFF — St. Elizabeth Community Hospital has resumed elective surgeries after they were halted March 27 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Elective surgeries were put on hold “to keep our hospitals safe and preserve (Personal Protective Equipment) for a possible surge,” according to a press release issued by Dignity Health, the hospital’s parent company.
