DTE attempts gender diversity on campus

With gender diversity in mechanical engineering being less than optimum, the Depart­ment of Technical Education (DTE) has now thought of a plan to fill up the vacant seats in this stream. They´re looking at enrolling more female students to mechanical engineering and diplomas courses. This year 8000 seats remained vacant in the mechanical engineering course and overall 30,000 seats remained vacant in engineering courses. .......
