FEMA to reassess flood damage

The Federal Emergency Management Agency agreed on Thursday to reassess Cooper, Howard, and 19 other counties that were not included in the initial disaster declaration President Donald Trump signed last week.Missouri asked FEMA to revisit those counties, including Howard, Cooper, Saline and Callaway, and assess four additional counties in southeast Missouri, earlier in the week. Gov. Mike Parson announced Thursday that FEMA approved the request and will assess those 25 counties. ......
