A SECOND World War hero who flew with one of the legendary Dambuster squadrons has died after contracting coronavirus. Kenneth Law Sumner, 96, - known as Ken - died at Newcastle's Royal Victoria Infirmary on April 2 after he fell ill and tested positive for Covid-19.
