It's rather an understatement to say that Canon have been less than supportive of their APS-C sensor, EF-M mount camera range. With just 8 native lenses released since the system was launched 8 years ago, there's been very little opportunity to progress beyond the slow zoom lenses that have dominated the line-up, unless you've been prepared to adapt a DSLR lens. All of that has changed, though, with Sigma's recent introduction of three ultra-bright yet affordable F1.4 prime lenses, providing a much-needed boost for EOS M owners.
