Ahold Delhaize successfully priced a 7-year EUR500 million senior bond issue

Zaandam, the Netherlands, March 26, 2020 - Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize N.V. announced today that it has successfully launched and priced EUR500 million fixed rate bonds due in 2027. The 7-year fixed rate bonds will bear a coupon of 1.75% per annum and were issued at a price of 99.44 per cent of the nominal value.
