Released in the early days of the original Xbox, Toejam & Earl 3 was one of those games that was in development hell.  It started on the Saturn, then to the Dreamcast, and finally wound up on Microsoft`s first outing into the home console market. This is an odd one, and weirdly forgotten by time. We didn`t even know it existed until a year ago. Why is it so forgotten?
