IRFU announces decision after meeting Irish health minister Covid-19 virus has spread from China to ItalyIreland´s Six Nations games against Italy in Dublin on 7 & 8 March have been postponed due to the risk posed by the coronavirus outbreak. The Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) announced the decision following a meeting with Irish health minister Simon Harris and his advisers on Wednesday. The men were due to play on 7 March with the women´s match between the sides due to be played the following day.
