`Better Call Saul` returns for its second-to-last season, inching closer to `Breaking Bad`s` turf both in its narrative timeline and its impressive quality. Although the prequel is running out of room, the AMC drama continues to achieve a dazzling balancing act in building toward an ending that is, in some ways, a beginning.
