ISTANBUL - Fear and hope mixed in the cold night in Elazig as rescue teams struggled in the dark to reach survivors buried under the rubble, more than 24 hours after a magnitude-6.8 earthquake struck the eastern Turkish city. At least 29 people were killed while several were still trapped under collapsed buildings, Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu said late Saturday.
