Jumbo S.A. announces to its shareholders that, according to article 4.1.3.4. of the Athens Exchange Regulation, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the company`s Shareholders, on January 21st, 2020 decided the distribution of EUR 0,22 per share before withholding dividend tax which is part of extraordinary reserves from taxable and non-distributed profits of the fiscal year from 1.7.2014 to 30.6.2015.
