LOWER ZAMBEZI NATIONAL PARK, Zambia - My husband and I were hours into a morning trek in one of Zambia´s wildlife-rich national parks, and we had already seen some marquee safari sights - elephants, baboons, impalas. Then one of our guides stopped short. He pointed ahead to a thrilling discovery. It was an animal that I´d been told would be hard to spot because it was the dry season.
