A PS3 exclusive released very late in the consoles life, Puppeteer is a unique platformer with tons of charm and a memorable setting.
The graphics are one of a kind. The first thing you will think is Little Big Planet, but it really is a puppet show brought to life. Excellent use of lighting as well.
The sound is a great package overall. The voice work in the game is top notch, which is a good thing since you will be sitting through hours of dialogue, which is the biggest downfall of the game. Too much talking. Music is appropriate and well orchestrated.
There is a very simple control scheme to this game, and the button inputs work great. You will be doing a lot of Burton mashing in this game with the scissor gimmick and QTEs, but the pacing lets your fingers get a rest.
