MUMBAI: Rupesh Tandel was walking down Mahim Causeway a few months back when a container knocked down a motorcyclist. Tandel, a local resident, reached the victim first and noticed blood trickle down his helmet, which was fastened on. "Taking off an accident victim's helmet may harm him sometimes. Amid the commotion, I had to convince people not to touch the helmet unless the victim had difficulty breathing," said Tandel.
