Lucknow/Kanpur: Industrial city Kanpur emerged as the most polluted and the only city with `severe´ air quality in the country on Saturday. According to the data released by the Central Pollution Control Board, Kanpur´s Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded at 418. This is for the second time in a week that Kanpur´s air quality has turned severe.
