HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 15, 2019-- Noble Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: NBLX) (`Noble Midstream` or the `Partnership`) today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement (the `Contribution and Simplification Agreement` or `the Transactions`) to acquire the Partnership´s incentive distribution rights (IDRs) and substantially all of Noble Energy´s (NYSE: NBL) (`Noble Energy`) remaining midstream interests for $1.6 billion.
