Complementary medicines advertisers: 14 November 2019 update

From today, 14 November 2019, Complementary Healthcare Council of Australia (CHC) is no longer accepting any new applications for advertising pre-approvals. Applications received by CHC before 14 November 2019 will be processed and decided, with final decisions for all these applications to be made by 27 January 2020. If you are unable to wait until alternate arrangements are in place (expected late November) to lodge an application, you should send your application to advertising.preapproval@tga.gov.au . These applications will be forwarded to the new service provider once the new arrangements start. The TGA is working on alternate arrangements to replace CHC`s services through to 30 June...
