Fewer arrests in city since Tis Hazari lawyer-police clash

Ever since the clash between the lawyers and police at Tis Hazari court complex on November 2, there has been a decline in the numbers of arrests made by the Delhi Police. On an average over the last five days, 131 people were arrested every day. In the month preceding the clash, the figure stood at over 250 a day.
