WASHINGTON (AP) - The Latest on the arrest of two Florida businessmen tied to President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani (all times local): 6:45 p.m. A federal judge in San Francisco has ordered Andrey Kukushkin held pending a bail hearing to determine whether he is considered a flight risk. Federal prosecutors told Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley that Kukushkin might be a flight risk because of his past travels overseas and access to money, and because of his ties to a Russian businessman who allegedly wired $1 million to Kukushkin and three others as part of an illegal campaign finance scheme.
