Anne Arundel Medical Center and Lanham`s Doctors Community Health System have finally settled on a name for their combined health system - Luminis Health. The suburban Maryland systems announced plans to combine forces in this year, and finalized a merger deal in July. Documents filed with the state`s Health Services Cost Review Commission indicate Anne Arundel Health System Inc. took over corporate control and more than 50% voting rights of Doctors Community through the deal.
