Local university`s engineering school lands $1.5M naming rights gift

Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville`s School of Engineering received a $1.5 million donation from the Enterprise Holdings Foundation, the largest gift received by the engineering school to date. The gift, from the philanthropic arm of St. Louis-based car rental giant Enterprise Holdings, will be a three-year, $500,000 annual contribution, university officials said Monday.
