Citing several anonymous sources, the New York Times said the district attorneyīs office issued a subpoena to Trumpīs accounting firm late last month, shortly after the DA opened a criminal investigation into the Trump familyīs business in the run-up to the election.The state prosecutors are seeking a range of tax documents from the accounting firm, Mazars USA, including Mr. Trumpīs personal returns and those of his business, the Trump Organization.
