Borderlands 3 features 4K 30 FPS and 1080p 60 FPS modes on Xbox One X

A few weeks ago, we reported that Borderlands 3 would run at 4K resolution on Xbox One X. However, Gearbox Software wants to give players the option to play it at 60 frames per second (FPS) or with clearer visuals.
