Sparebanken Vest strengthens the bank`s ECC 15.08.2019 07:18 Sparebanken Vest is the third largest savings bank in Norway, and the ambition is to be among the top Norwegian banks with regards to return on equity. The Board of Directors intends to make the bank`s equity capital certificates (ECCs) even more attractive to existing owners and increase the interest among investors who currently do not hold ECCs in the bank. The Board of Directors is therefore proposing to increase the market capitalization by converting parts of the primary capital into ECC capital.
