Luxury home sales on Oahu rebound in July after sluggish start

Oahu´s luxury home market saw an 11% increase in sales last month, compared to July of last year, and the median price of all single-family homes and condominiums selling for $1.5 million or more rose by 2%, according to a report from Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. A total of 51 single-family homes and condos sold for $1.5 million or more in July, compared to 45 sold in July 2018.
