Antwerp police said Thursday they arrested two men who had called emergency officials to come rescue them from an overheated container in the port, where they had somehow locked themselves in, allegedly looking for drugs. Outside, Belgium was blazing through its hottest day ever, with temperatures peaking over 40C (104F) in the shade. Police said it took two hours to find the container.
