CLEVELAND, Ohio - When Patrick Starrett first heard he could get a price break on his prescriptions by using the free app GoodRx, he asked, `Whatīs the catch?` Starrettīs skepticism soon turned to enthusiasm. The 27-year-old Mentor resident, who did not have health insurance at the time, used the app to reduce his bill for two blood pressure medications from about $375 to less than $40. `It was mind-blowing to me,` Starrett said. `Hundreds of dollars were magically taken off [my bill].
