Two arrested after vehicle crashes into Etobicoke home

Two people are in custody after a vehicle crashed into an Etobicoke home Sunday afternoon, police say.The crash occurred in the area of Evans Ave. and Royal York Rd. around 1:20 p.m. Police say the two occupants of the vehicle were seen fleeing the scene with minor injuries. Witnesses said they had open bottles with them, police say. Two people were later located and arrested.Police allege both appeared to be impaired at the time of the arrest.No serious injuries were reported.
