BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -A federal grand jury yesterday issued a 135-count second superseding indictment charging a Fultondale doctor, Paul Roberts, M.D., with 31 additional counts of dispensing controlled substances without a legitimate medical purpose, announced the Drug Enforcement Administration and U.S. Attorney`s Office in the Northern District of Alabama.
