M&A market slump is global, sounding warning bell for future deal making in 2019

ARLINGTON, VA, June 26, 2019 - North American companies making M&A deals, on average, lost shareholder value during the second quarter of 2019, underperforming the MCSI North America Regional Index by -3.7 percentage points (pp).
