A senior security expert at the United Nations warned the risk of nuclear weapons being used was at its highest since World War Two on Tuesday, according to Al Jazeera. Renata Dwan, director of the U.N. Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR), said the `urgent` issue should be taken more seriously around the world.
