The United Nations said more than 380 civilians have been arrested since Syrian forces gained control of the province of Deraa on Tuesday, with 11 civilians who served on local councils or former fighters were killed or attacked in the last year, according to Reuters. The report released by the UN human rights office said the 11 cases involved attempted murders and fatal drive-by shootings, but investigators could not identify ay perpetrators in the attacks in Syria. But the report also warned the events were `most likely reprisals committed by parties to the conflict` and were taking place despite attempts at reconciliation between former combatants and President Bashar Assad´s government....
