A Joburg motorist became the most drunk driver to be arrested in South Africa after being found 11 times over the legal limit at the weekend. The man was arrested on Saturday and released on the same day and was expected to appear in court this week. His arrest happened while about 800 drivers were arrested in Gauteng during the Easter holidays with 400 motorists caught for drinking and driving.
