Wolters Kluwer today reports that it has repurchased 67,472 of its own ordinary shares in the period from April 11, 2019, up to and including April 17, 2019, for EUR4.1 million and at an average share price of EUR61.46. These repurchases are part of the share buyback program announced on February 20, 2019, under which we intend to repurchase shares for up to EUR250 million during 2019.
