Flash floods in Iran´s southern province of Fars have killed at least 17 people and injured more than 70 others, Iran´s semi-official Tasnim news agency reported Monday. The southern flooding follows catastrophic flooding in the northern provinces of Mazandaran and Golestan along the Caspian Sea, state TV reported.
