A woman has revealed she suffered a stroke by tearing a major blood vessel in her neck while practising a yoga headstand. Rebecca Leigh, 40, from Gambrills, Maryland, had been filming a tutorial for her 26,000 social media fans just hours before the injury. Her vision became blurry, her limbs weak and she had headaches, but she put it down to a known health condition.
