CHENNAI: Missing environmental activist R S Mugilan last updated his Facebook page at 12.03am on February 16. He was active on Facebook till 12.40am. His mobile was then turned off. As judicial and public pressure mounts to trace Mugilan, who was last seen at Egmore railway station on February 15, the CB-CID is looking to use the location where his mobile was last active to establish his whereabouts.
