Exotica residents seek stay on RWA polls

Gurgaon: Residents of 200 flats in Parsvnath Exotica approached district registrar IS Yadav on Monday, alleging that their names are missing from the voters´ list. Ahead of elections scheduled on April 12, the residents said they were yet to get their occupancy certificates (OC), without which they cannot have voting rights as per HRRS Act 2012. Exotica has 780 apartments, out of which 470 flats have OC, while 200 are without OC and for 110, possession has not yet been given. Five of the 17 towers do not have OCs yet.
