Brook Park police hope to identify the person who drove a yellow vehicle off I-480 near West 130th, down an embankment and through a metal chain-link fence. Also, a woman was arrested fter police caught her with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in a hotel room at America`s Best Value Inn.
