Strongsville seeks new tenant for Medical Mutual of Ohio building that insurer plans to vacate in 2020

Strongsville will lose about $750,000 a year in income tax revenue once Medical Mutual of Ohio vacates its Strongsville office building in 2020, according to city Finance Director Joe Dubovec. However, city officials are already working with the building`s owner, Carnegie Management Group, to find a new tenant once Medical Mutual leaves, said Brent Painter, Strongsville`s economic development director.
