The Dave Matthews Band will make Jacksonville the second stop on its 2019 North American summer tour.The Virginia-based rock band opens its tour April 30 in Pensacola, then stops at Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena on Wednesday, May 1.  The Jacksonville show is one of the few indoor concerts on the tour, which also includes stops at the Midflorida Credit Union Amphitheatre near Tampa and the Coral Sky Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach in July.Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. ......
