The Home Builders Association of Wayne and Holmes Counties held its annual inaugural dinner at The Pine’s Restaurant on Wednesday, Jan. 16. Weaver Custom Homes was voted Builder of the Year for 2018. Scott Morgan of Wayne Savings Community Bank was voted Associate of the Year. These two awards are voted on by the entire membership. Michael Downs of MD Custom Builders was voted Chairman of the Year, this award is voted on by the Board of Directors. ......
