Europe is digging out from deadly winter storms over the last week that struck Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Deutsche Welle reported Monday. But the storms might not be over just yet as meteorologists have dubbed the extreme weather phenomenon `snow chaos,` the report said. The storm is being blamed for the death of a man shovelling snow off a roof in Austria as well as injuring a dozen bus passenger in snow-related accidents, DW reported.
