SSM plans to increase production of rental units from 30 to 50 percent of its portfolio at the same time as it will focus on developing space-efficient and flexible co-ops in the 1.3 to 2.2 MSEK price range. This is intended to strengthen the company`s offering to younger buyers and people living in one-person households.
