Bloomberg reported on Thursday President Donald Trump will announce State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert to replace United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley soon, according to people familiar with the decision. One source said Nauert has already accepted the job and her nomination could be announced as soon as Friday, even though she is an uncharacteristic selection for the role since she has had minimal experience in foreign policy or government work until April 2017 when she joined the Trump administration.
