CA Immo completes IntercityHotel in Frankfurt

The InterCityHotel on the south side of Frankfurt Central Station was completed yesterday and handed over ready to use three months earlier than scheduled. CA Immo erected the hotel for its own portfolio and signed a long-term lease with the Steigenberger hotel group. CA Immo`s investment volume runs to some 58 million euros. Frankfurt, 1 December 2018. The IntercityHotel Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof Süd opened for business today. With 414 rooms, it is the hotel brand`s largest building.
