ODOT District 3 Weekly Construction Report For the Week of November 19 ERIE COUNTY State Route 60 SR 60, just north of the intersection of SR 60 and SR 113, is closed for a culvert replacement. The detour route for northbound motorists is SR 60 to SR 113, west on SR 113 to SR 61, north on SR 61 to SR 2, east on SR 2 to SR 60, and reverse for southbound motorists. The road is expected to reopen Friday, November 30, 2018. All work is weather dependent. HURON COUNTY US Route 250 US 250, from Mason Rd. to the limits of Norwalk, will have intermittent single lane closures for a resurfacing project. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
